Entrepreneurs of Ternopil will be fined for untidy plot

Violation of the abovementioned Rules, according to art 152 Art «Violation of state standards, norms and rules in the sphere of improvement of settlements, rules of improvement of territories of settlements" entails a fine on citizens from twenty to eighty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and officials, citizens – sub’objects entrepreneurship – p’fifty to one hundred non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.
