In Vinnytsia region the Cabinet has determined the mechanism of preferential VAT taxation of operations on importation,sale and targeted use of medicines and medical devices
Main Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region informs that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decree on 02.12.2015, No. 1153 approved the import, delivery and targeted use of medicines, medical devices, exempted from taxation the value added tax. The approved Order defines features of the import, delivery and targeted use of medicines, medical devices, exempt from VAT, which are purchased on the basis of agreements (contracts) with specialized organizations engaged in procurement, are defined by Law "About procurement," concluded between the MINISTRY of health and relevant specialized organization which provides procurement within the framework of the budget programs ensuring medical activities under the state programs, and/or integrated events software issues in health care. The changes came into force on 6 January 2016 – the date of publication of the resolution in the newspaper "Uryadovy courier".
