Rivne region: the rescuers informed the members of the standing Committee on TB and emergencies about the status of fires and emergencies in the city "personnel"
15 January Kuznetsovsky city Council under the leadership of Deputy mayor Vladimir Grushevsky held a meeting of the constant Commission on questions tekhnogenno-ecological safety and emergency situations of the city Kuznetsovsk. Participation the meeting was attended head of Kuznetsovsky urban sector of the Main Directorate DSNS in Rivne region the captain of civil protection Oleg Tkachuk, the head of Department concerning an emergency and employment center Kuznetsovsk of the Executive Committee of the city Council Irina Mishuk, representative of OP ’s Rovno NPP", heads of law enforcement agencies, public utilities and city departments. During operation, the members of the Commission on questions TEB and emergency summed up the results of work for 2015 and approved the work Plan of the Commission for 2016, which identified priority areas of work specifying the issues, the stand’connected with the occurrence of emergency situations of different nature and measures for their prevention. Chief inspector Kuznetsov urban sector PG DSNs in Rivne region, Lieutenant civil protection Igor Shevchuk informed the meeting participants about the status of fires and emergencies in Kuznetsovs'k and 2015, and conducted a comparative characteristic of number of fires that originated in other areas and region as a whole. They discussed measures to prevent fires and death of people on them, strengthening awareness-roses’explanatory work among the unemployed and socially unprotected layers of population on the issues of observance of rules of fire safety in the home. Also, one of the main issues was the introduction of quarantine measures in the city. As reported by the chief sanitary doctor of the city Vasily kuznetskov Stepanchuk in the period from 06 January 2015 recorded rise in the incidence of influenza and SARS in the epidemic season 2015-2016 to above the threshold. Only last week 487 registered cases of acute respiratory infection and influenza, which is higher than the threshold level by 22.3 %. Among the children registered 218 cases. For the purpose of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population on the territory of the city and the localization of influenza and SARS was asked to enter quarantine measures and suspend the educational process in secondary schools from 18 January to reduce the incidence. According to the results of all the reports and taking into account the discussion of the agenda of the constant Commission on questions tekhnogenno-ecological safety and emergency situations of the city of Kuznetsovsk has adopted a report with a list of specific tasks and deadlines for their implementation.
