Vinnytsia region included in the pilot project "Extraterritoriality"
this is a pilot project implemented on the territory of Vinnytsya, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Odesa, Sumy and Chernivtsi regions and in Kyiv. "Extraterritoriality" is the possibility of filing documents for state registration of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs without reference to the administrative-territorial unit in which the registered business entity. The embodiment of the pilot project provided an opportunity for business representatives to freely choose a convenient place for submission of documents, as well as to solve problems of uneven load state registrars in the different registration authorities. in Vinnytsia, this service is used for about 70 - 75 applicants per month, with this number constantly increasing.
