In the evening of that day to Radomyshl police Department called village Chairman S. Rakovic, reporting a traffic accident in the locality, which could hurt people. On a scene inspectors of traffic police and investigatory-operative group. In the village, the police saw the car "Subaru", which is obviously rammed the wooden fence of someone else's household and stood in the middle of his yard. Simultaneously it became known that the cabin of the car was also the passenger, which at the time of arrival of police officers in the car was not there. Examining the surrounding area at dusk, the police noticed that the passenger door of the car after the accident are located directly over the well. Lights helped see the bottom of the mine the human figure to the waist in water. Luckily the passenger, the well was silted. One of the militiamen with the help of rescue rope got to the victim and lifted him from the bottom. It turned out the man was in the same drunken condition as mount-steering. Police saved warmed, drink hot tea and later handed over to the medics for further rehabilitation. Both men were locals who that day was visiting friends. According to chief Radomyshl police Dmitry Nkuriza, concerning the driver administrative reports were made under articles 124 (Infringement of traffic regulations which has entailed damage of vehicles, freight, highways, streets, railway crossings, road constructions or other property) and 130 (Management of vehicles or vessels by persons in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication or under the influence of medicines, reducing their attention and speed of reaction) of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences.
