In Vinnytsia oblast on provision of grants in December 2015
General statistics office in Vinnytsia region reported: In January–December of 2015 for grants for reimbursement for payment of housing and communal services turned 333,8 thousand households (4.2 times more than in the same period of 2014). The proportion of references to families living in urban areas was 59%. Assigned subsidies in January–December of 2015 for cost recovery for payment of housing and communal services 280,6 thousand households, which accounted for 84% of the total number of families who applied for subsidies, of which in urban settlements – 155,6 thousand households in rural areas – 125,0 thousand households. Compared with the corresponding period of 2014, the number of families assigned to subsidy increased by 208,5 thousand, or 4 times. The total amount of grants to households for reimbursement for payment of housing and communal services in January–December of 2015 was $ 153,8 million USD. which is RUR 136.9 mln. the number of 2014, in urban settlements – 80,7 million USD. in rural areas 73.1 million UAH. The average size of assigned subsidies for reimbursement for payment zhilishchno-utilities on one household in December of 2015 compared to the corresponding period of 2014 increased 4 times and amounted to UAH 1403,2. The largest size was observed in Kryzhopil, Shargorodsky, Teplice districts and the city of Khmelnik (4122,9–1986,1 UAH.), least in Research, Murovani Kurylivtsi, Tivriv the Yampil districts (51,0–385,3 UAH). In December 2015, the number of Program participants housing subsidies, which received subsidies for reimbursement for housing and communal services amounted to EUR 247.6 thousand households (or 39% of the total number of households in the area). For the number of families benefiting from subsidies is dominated by households of one person, in December of 2015 they accounted for 43% of all households. Assistance in the acquisition of solid fuel and LPG in cash in January– December of 2015 turned 74,5 thousand households. Assigned subsidies 66.1 thousand households amounting to 89.8 million UAH of them in urban areas – 8,3 thousand households in the amount of 12,1 million USD. in rural areas – 57,8 thousand households worth 77,7 mln. The subsidies are 89% of households that have applied for the grant in subsidy departments. The average amount of assigned subsidies to purchase solid fuel and LPG in cash to one household in December 2015. was 1443,8 USD. For the number of families who have been assigned subsidies to purchase solid fuel and liquefied gas, is dominated by households of one person, in January–December of 2015 they accounted for 52% of all households. In January–December 2015 the total amount of cash subsidies received by the households for reimbursement of expenses for acquisition of the liquefied gas, firm and liquid oven household fuel, was 80.5 million USD. for the corresponding period in 2014 is 21.8 million USD.
