In Transcarpathian region a resolution recognizing the victims of suspected hooliganism on Dragobrat court not handed down,
January 20, Uzhgorod district court issued a ruling, which ordered the Department GU of the National police in the Transcarpathian region to introduce information about the criminal offense regarding the application of suspect injuries in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. However, before the court the relevant resolution, ST. Rakhiv Tiachiv office of the division of SEPL in the field, was made in eRDR information about the criminal offense under article 124 of the criminal code of Ukraine (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm in case of exceeding boundaries of necessary defence or when exceeding measures necessary for detention of the criminal) and started investigation on the statements of the participants of the incident Dragobrat. However, the thesis of advocates of suspects that the court recognized as victims, is untrue. No court decisions on this matter is currently pending.
