For 2015 DFS division of Vinnytsia region provided more than 170 thousand of administrative services
During 2015, subunits of the DFS operating in Vinnytsia, provided 170,1 thousand of administrative services. Of them, the Centers of service of payers – to 151.8 million or nearly 90 percent. We will remind, last service taxpayers in the region was carried out in 22 BSCs, which provide freedom of access to payers in obtaining Advisory, information and administrative services. It had provided a range of services, including administrative, consulting and information services, and the adoption of tax reporting and issuance of electronic signature keys. This complex consisted of 38 administrative services. Of them, 24 – tax and 14 of the customs. The most requested was the service issuing the card of the taxpayer and make the passport of the citizen of Ukraine data on the registration number of taxpayer card from the State register of individuals-payers of taxes. The number of such services rendered during the past year amounted to 72.6 thousand. Second and third place in popularity took the services for the issuance of certificate of filed Declaration on property status and income (tax Declaration) and provide an extract from the register of single tax payers – 23 thousand thousand and 14.4, respectively. Additionally, for the convenience of payers each service had an information card that tells information about the subject, which provides administrative support, regulatory-legal acts, which regulate it, and the conditions for its receipt. Thus, in particular, from the information card payers can learn about the list of documents required for help, the order and method of presentation, date of issue, the methods for obtaining results and the like.
