Lutsk mayor Mykola Romaniuk, Deputy corps pay much attention to the development of the education sector. They are trying to create comfortable conditions for the work of teachers and learning of students. From the city budget annually allocates funds for repair of educational institutions, improvement of their material and technical condition. And here's mayor Mykola Romaniuk, together with his Deputy Andrew Kish, members of the city Council Evgeny Tkachuk, Natalia Bunda, Nicholas Aracic, head of Department of education Oleg Grebenyuk has attended the opening of a renovated pool communal institution “Lutsk secondary school of i-III stages No. 20 of Lutsk city Council of Volyn region”. The works were started in August of 2015. Repaired the pool room (replaced by ceramic tiles and lighting). Renovated pool and showers, bathrooms and galleries, the under floor heating made. Also, replaced the cleaning system and water recycling, as well as renovated premises where it is located. From the city budget were allocated for these purposes UAH 820 thousand. Work performed by the employees of LLC “PMK-New”. “It's very good that this year we begin with the opening of the renovated pool. There are a large amount of work from repair to replacement. The task of the mayor and deputies to take care of creation of favorable conditions for sports activities of our children. God grant that in this basin the opportunity to practice sports and out of it grew future professional athletes. Let it be the delight of children and teachers” - said Lutsk mayor Mykola Romaniuk. He thanked the builders for a job well done. Director of secondary school ¹20 Valentin Kolano noticed that the best gift every child is her health. “But this gift needs to be taken care of. Every child knows that sports are the best friends that will help in the future. Due to city authorities, we have this wonderful pool. Thank you,” he said. According to Christian tradition, updated pool was consecrated by the clergy of Holy Trinity Cathedral. Later, the students of the school, which will now sport the updated pool, demonstrated their skills.
