In Khmelnytsky region the transfer of services on state registration of business and the rights to commissioners of local authorities
19 January under the chairmanship of the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Vasyl procuce held a meeting of the working group on interaction with the Main territorial Department of justice on the transfer of responsibility for state registration of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs, state registration of rights to immovable property and their encumbrances. According to the Department of economic development, industry and infrastructure of the regional state administration, working group on the transfer of powers in respect of registration education in all the districts and cities of regional importance. Staffing, according to which the establishment of a unit to provide services for state registration of business and human rights approved in Vinkivtsi, Character, Derazhniansky, Polonsky areas and the city of Slavuta and Shepetivka. After the meeting, instructed to intensify the transfer of authority for state registration and to complete it before March 01, 2016.
