For the year in Vinnytsia region the number of pensioners has increased by 15.5 thousand
For 12 months in 2015 the departments award of pensions management Pension Fund of Ukraine in Vinnitsa region, Vinnitsa and Ladyzhyn appointed 15584 new pension cases. Held 38414 recalculations of pensions in connection with the dispatch of additional documents on the seniority, allocations with the addition of seniority and earnings. Last year out of the total number of new pension cases of the pension assigned to cases on age on preferential terms – 787; for years of service according to article 55 of the law of Ukraine "On pension provision" – 873; disability – 3983; due to the loss of a breadwinner – 886, in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On mandatory state pension insurance" – 15200; "On pension provision" – 38; "public service" – 10; "About service in bodies of local self – government" 7; "On status and social protection of citizens, which suffered owing to Chernobyl catastrophe" (category 1-3, in connection with loss of breadwinner) – 93; "On scientific and scientific-technical activity" – 1; "About Prosecutor's office" – 3; "On pension provision of persons, dismissed from military service and some others" – 34; "national Bank" - 0; "On the customs code of Ukraine" - 0; "On employment of population" – 11; "On raising prestige of miners 'work" - 0 "On basic principles of social protection of labour veterans and other elderly citizens in Ukraine" – 24. Within 2015, the district offices conducted 9495 cross-checking of the validity of the issuance of the enterprises, establishments and organizations of documents necessary for appointment and payment of pensions, namely, salary statements, preferential seniority, the consequences for their installed 770 violations that did not affect the size of pensions; 124 violations which resulted in the pension overpayment in the amount of UAH 306931,27., and 94 violations which resulted in the underpayment of a pension in the amount of UAH 44756,95. As of 01.01.2016, the departments of Pension Fund of Ukraine in the regions, the cities of Vinnytsya and Ladyzhyn decorated and appointed Commission 701 pension for special merits in front of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "On pensions for special merits before Ukraine". The Commission's main office for confirmation of their work experience in positions entitling them to a pension on preferential terms or for years of service in 2015 reviewed 444 applications.
