21 January in the meeting room of the city Council was held the training for persons responsible for the archival division of the Executive bodies of Lutsk city Council and of institutions, organizations — legal entities, form the documents of the National archival Fund and transmit them for storage in archival Department of the Lutsk city Council on the topic: "New rules for the organization of office-work and archival storage of documents in state bodies, bodies of local self-government, at enterprises, institutions and organizations". This training is organized and carried out by the staff of the archive Department of the Lutsk city Council with the Deputy mayor, managing the Affairs of the Executive Committee Yury Verbica. Deputy mayor, managing the Affairs of the Executive Committee Yuri Verbi?, addressed the participants of the teaching, noting the importance of the introduction in action of Rules of the organization of office-work and archival storage of documents in state bodies, bodies of local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations which regulate work with administrative documents and compliance with the rules and regulations of records management and archival storage of documents as in the Executive bodies of the city Council and in other institutions, enterprises of the city to establish uniform for all institutions of the order of work with documents from their creation in the proceeding before transfer for permanent storage. Also stressed that the documents of all institutions, employees are invited to the training is part of the General archive and National archive Fund and archive - it is our history, the responsibility for destinies of people, documents which we issue. The training was made by the head of the archive Department of the Lutsk city Council Alla Drachan, which familiarized the employees responsible for the archives unit of the Executive bodies of Lutsk city Council and agencies, enterprises of the city, with the innovations of the rules of the organization of office-work and archival storage of documents in state bodies, bodies of local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations approved by order of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine on 18 June 2015 No. 1000/5 and chief specialist of archival Department of the Lutsk city Council Valentina the csamla of Ukraine, who told about working with the documents after the end of the year clerical and the examination of value of documents in the context of the new Rules.
