The entrepreneurs of the Region paid to the budget of 111,6 million UAH of the single tax
at the beginning of January this year on the simplified system of taxation there were 19 496 physical persons - entrepreneurs of the region. Including 3 077 single tax payers of the first group, 12 235 payers of the second group and 4 184-payers of the third group. In the past year, these payers paid to the budget of 111,6 million UAH of single tax. We will remind, according to the Law of Ukraine from December 24, 2015 No. 909-VIII "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing the budget revenue in 2016," changes in the simplified tax system relate to the third group of single tax payers: - tax rate for them rose from 2% to 3% for VAT payers and from 4% to 5% for non-payers of VAT; - annual income must not exceed UAH 5 million. Also changed compared with the preceding year tax rates for single tax payers 4 groups: - for arable land, hayfields and pastures (except for arable land, hayfields and pastures located in mountain areas and Polissya territories, as well as arable land, hayfields and pastures, owned by agricultural producers, specializing in the production (cultivation) and processing of crop production in greenhouses, or provided to it in using, including under lease) is 0.81; - for arable land, hayfields and pastures located in mountain areas and Polissya territories - 0,49; - for perennial plantings (except for perennial plantations located in the mountainous areas and Polissya territories) - 0,49; for perennial plants, located in mountainous areas and woodlands areas - 0,16; - for lands of water Fund - 2,43; - for arable land, hayfields and pastures, owned by agricultural producers, specializing in the production (cultivation) and processing of crop production in greenhouses, or provided to it in using, including under lease and 5.4.
