in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ¹117 "On the Unified state automated register of persons entitled to benefits" (amended) in the Vinnytsia region, registered at offices of labour and social protection of population of the district state administrations, city councils of cities of regional importance is 6032 combatants and 77 war invalids from among participants of the ATO. About this during the press-conference said the head of the organization of civil defence and interaction with law enforcement and defense work of the Department of civil protection of the regional state administration Yuriy Melnyk. To identify the above entities in the database of the Unified state automated register of persons entitled to benefits, the changes, namely the electronic identity card of the beneficiary made the abbreviation "ATO". All participants of the ATO, is included in the aforementioned Registry that provides benefits in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection". "Vinnytsia regional state administration is ready to assist the Ministry of health of Ukraine in creating such a unified system, in particular using the capabilities of the Vinnitsa Scientific-research expert-criminalistic center of MIA of Ukraine, which is one of the largest in Ukraine over the material-technical base and the capacity to conduct proper identification and Vinnitsa regional Bureau is judicial - medical examinations, which also has the appropriate capabilities, as in previous years was held the complex of organizational measures for its proper logistical support",- assured Yuriy Melnyk.
