In Transcarpathia will judge the employee of the Supervisory authority,the detainee in obtaining 300 dollars of unlawful gain
Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office in Transcarpathian region completed the pre-trial investigation and sent to court the indictment against an employee of the management control over protection and use of lands of State agricultural Inspectorate in Transcarpathian region, which in November last year was delayed while obtaining 300 dollars of unlawful gain (part 1 article 368 of the criminal code of Ukraine). For the remuneration the employee promised and gave Transcarpathians certificate confirming the absence of violations of land legislation on receipt of the last land plot in private ownership. Now the consequence collected sufficient evidence to prove the guilt of the accused in court.
