Rivne rescuers undergo state certification
Daily readiness at any moment to proceed to the elimination of fires and emergencies that require rescue of Rivne region needs physical and theoretical training. The level of professional skills of rescuers, determines the life and health’I of our countrymen. Taking this into account from 25 to 26 January in accordance with part 21 of article 48 of the code of civil protection and the requirements of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 13.11.2013, ¹ 828 “On approval of the Procedure for certification of emergency rescue services and rescue" in Rivne region held a visiting session of the Interdepartmental Commission on attestation of salvage and rescue services and rescuers headed by the chief of Department of organization of work of CMAC Centre, organize events of fire and technogenic safety of operatively rescue service of civil protection Management software ORS CH DSNS Ukraine the Colonel of service of civil protection Oleg Ogorodnik. Within 2 days the Commission would be assessed the second the rescuers state fire and rescue squad for the protection of objects’facilities OP "YANUKOVYCH", abnormally-saving group of a special purpose of GU DSNS of Ukraine in the Rivne region, state fire and rescue parts of the Main, the paramilitary squad gazobalonnogo PJSC “Rovnoazot" and rescue workers of the Rivne regional municipal emergency-rescue service on water objects’objects of the regional center. This certification of emergency rescue services and rescuers is conducted to check the level of special physical preparation, knowledge, abilities and practical skills of rescuers, including skills of rendering pre-medical assistance, knowledge of their emergency cases and tactics for accident and emergency situations, as well as their suitability on a state of health’I to perform rescue operations. Upon completion of the assessment of knowledge and skills 346 specialists will determine the level of their professional and physical training and upon confirmation of a positive result they will be awarded the qualification “rescuer”.
