Expands the list of goods prohibited for import to Ukraine
for the purpose of ensuring national security of Ukraine in response to the introduction of the Russian Federation of the relevant trade prohibitions and restrictions in respect of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers decided the extension of the list of goods prohibited for import to the customs territory of Ukraine originating from the Russian Federation, approved by decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from December 30, 2015 ¹ 1147 "On the prohibition of import into the customs territory of Ukraine of goods originating from the Russian Federation". The decree of the Government prohibited to import on customs territory of Ukraine more than 70 tariff lines, including: onions, sauces and ketchups, fish, some confectionery, such as cookies, crackers and the like. These restrictions of imports of goods from Russia will be in effect until August 5, 2016 or until canceled by the Russian Federation of the above-mentioned ban on goods from Ukraine. In the list of prohibited for import of goods added: * Onion * Green tea (not fermented), in immediate packings of a content not exceeding 3 kg * Prepared or preserved fish; caviar sturgeon (black caviar) and caviar of other fish * White chocolate * Bonbons and similar sweets, in the form of pellets * Confectionery in the form of a gum or jelly, including fruit paste (marmalade) in the form of sugar confectionery * Chocolates containing alcohol * Finished food product obtained by the swelling or roasting of the grain of cereals or cereal products (for example cornflakes); cereals (other than corn) in grain form or flakes, pellets or processed in any other way (except flour fine and coarse grinding, cereals), pre-cooked or cooked in another way, in another place not specified * Crisp bread * Dry sweet biscuits, fully or partially coated or covered with chocolate or other products, cocoa, other * Dry biscuits with a filling in sandwiches * Soy sauce This was reported in the Zhytomyr regional state administrationÏåðåâåäåíî ñåðâèñîì "ßíäåêñ.Ïåðåâîä÷èê": translate.yandex.ru.
