M. Chernigov: specialists gschs prophylactic-explanatory work among residents of our regional center
during the autumn-winter period one of the priority tasks of the state Service for emergency situations is to prevent fires and death of people on them in the residential sector of citizens. It is in this period the main causes of fires and tragic statistics is a violation of the owners of apartments of the rules of fire safety at operation of electric heating appliances and stoves, electrical equipment, and negligence in dealing with fire, often while Smoking in a drunken state. Given this, on January 27 specialists of Chernihiv city Department of the office DSNS together with representatives of mass media carried out preventive working off of inhabited sector of citizens in the regional center, where since the beginning of the year arose 11 fires, which killed 2 people, injured 1.
