Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office reported suspected residents of Mukachevo district, part 2, part 3, part 4, article 190 of the criminal code of Ukraine - fraud, i.e. misappropriation of other people's property by fraud, if repeated, to a considerable, large and especially large sizes. Pre-trial investigation found that the woman, from July 2013 to September 2015, by cheating and abusing the trust of the people, under the pretext of assistance Transcarpathians in the purchase of apartments located in the city of Mukachevo enticed at last the funds, then assigned and used them for personal needs, and their Zobov’'yazan, for the purchase of the apartment was not fulfilled. There are about 10 such cases of illegal activities of the suspect, causing the victim suffered material damage for total amount about 1 thousand 300 UAH. The sanctions under article 190 of the criminal code of Ukraine, the suspect faces a penalty of p’ - five to twelve years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
