On the GU gschs in Vinnytsia region held a seminar-meeting with the chiefs of staff of fire and rescue units
28 January on the territory of the First State fire and rescue part 1 DPRS of head Department gschs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region held a seminar-meeting with the chiefs of guards, chiefs and Vice-chiefs of state fire and rescue parts of the squad of GU gschs in the field concerning the organization services and emergency response. The event was divided into theoretical and practical parts. During the seminar were discussed the questions on organization and conduct of fire fighting and fire rescue, the actions of the head of the fire fighting, procedures of compilation, adjustment and testing documentation operational response and compliance with the requirements of the rules of labor safety during service. Special attention was concentrated on practical exercises that provide an opportunity to raise professional level and practical skills in service and response to emergencies. In particular, the workshop participants worked out the rules of safety when working at height during fire fighting, as well as the organization of work units of the rescue service, the operational headquarters and the security check. Thus, event organizers have covered all the issues relating to the organization and execution of tasks in case of different kinds of emergencies and situations.
