Volyn region: rescuers trained the staff of the psychiatric hospital in the basics of civil protection
28 January the employees of Lutsk city Department of the office DSNS Ukraine in the Volyn region held a preventive roses’annual measures on the basics of civil protection and life safety for the medical personnel of the Volyn regional psychiatric hospital. Despite the fact that not all patients of this medical establishment is able to adequately assess the risk or other exceptional events, on the shoulders of physicians to take responsibility regarding complete and timely response during fires or other crises. Consequently, rescuers conducted a lecture on fire safety rules in this place, the rose’explained the rules of using of electric devices, provided clear recommendations on how to use primary fire extinguishing means and action in response to the signal “everybody!". The specialists of civil protection emphasized that all stages of the evacuation hospital, the facility Zobov’knitted to spend most smoothly, efficiently and to prevent panic among patients, because the safety and life of patients in emergency conditions – immediate mandatory’connection.
