Chernivtsi region: rescuers reminded the citizens how to prevent fires in their homes
From the beginning of the year in the Chernivtsi region emerged 85 fires, the vast majority of which occurred in the residential sector. According to the analysis, the main cause of fires remains a violation of fire safety rules by the people. Therefore, for the purpose of rose’explanatory work with inhabitants of the region and to prevent fires in their homes, employees of management of SSES of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region carry out information and preventive raids on human settlements of the region. So, on 29 and 30 January this preventive work was carried out by workers and Novoselytsya Sokyriany district departments of SSES. Rescuers visited 7 villages, during which I talked to nearly 280 local residents. The main attention was paid to single people, the elderly and others who need social support. Citizens are told what the fire safety rules you need to follow during the winter period, how to safely use electric heating devices and oven heating, so as not to cause a fire. For people to better remember’mind the words of specialists of the SSES, they were presented with cards and pam’reminders of the safety rules.
