In the Rivne region of secretaries of rural (village) councils taught the basic legislative requirements in the field of civil protection
In the Educational-methodical center of civil protection and life safety in Rivne region began the new academic year in the field of civil protection. From 25 January to 29 January 2015 with the training of secretaries of rural (village) councils of the region. The educational process was organized in accordance with a new program of functional training, guidance gschs of Ukraine, current legislation of Ukraine, the Plan for enriching students UMC CL and BC Rivne region in 2016. During the training process teachers of the Centre explained the concept of modes of functioning of the unified state system of civil protection. Special attention was paid to the mode of increased readiness. Briefed on emergency peacetime situations, their classification in the scale, distribution and nature of phenomena, the influence of their consequences on the livelihoods of the population and the sub’management, possible emergency situations that may occur in the region. In addition, it was brought to the attention of the participants of the educational process to align planning documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Code CL and new legislation. Issues that were covered, aroused interest among the audience, in the classroom they had the opportunity to ask numerous questions of a practical implementation of the requirements of the current legislation. To conduct studies on the organization of fire security civil defence was invited to major service CL Vitaly Fungus, chief inspector of the division of fire safety state oversight of the office of the state supervision (control) in the sphere of fire and technogenic safety and civil protection of GU gschs of Ukraine in the Rovno area. As a result, there took place the defense of the individual work. Students answered test questions again, checking the level of the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the courses. According to the results of training students received a certificate about functional training (training purpose) in the field of civil protection.
