In the Zhytomyr region increased funding for medicines and food for the veterans of war
In the participants of anti-terrorist operations that have damage and injuries, and war veterans, the elderly require complex treatment 2-3 times a year. They need to undergo drug therapy and to adhere to the diet. Monetary standards that were in force previously, these costs were not enough. The Government has therefore decided to improve the quality of medical care for war veterans. And at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decree "On increasing the rate on food and medicines in health care for war veterans". So, on one patient per day will be allocated to food 55 UAH (previously the amount was $ 35 USD) and the purchase of medicines and dressing materials – 65 UAH (previously allocated UAH 40).
