In the Lviv region discussed the problems and prospects of the dispatching system vzaimoponimanija
2 February on the basis Frankivsk regional Department of GU gschs in Lviv region held a seminar-workshop on improvement of system of mutual information quickly – dispatch, dispatch services of organizations, enterprises and institutions on emergence of emergency situations, unclassified events, fires and other hazardous events. The seminar initiated by the Main Directorate gschs in Lviv region with the participation of operatively-dispatching services of organizations, enterprises and institutions of the region, in particular: the Department of civil protection of Lviv regional state administration, Department for emergency situations and civil protection and hot line of the Lviv city Council, representatives of the Main Directorate of the national police in the Lviv region, KP ENT «Lviv station of emergency medical care", JSC «lvovgaz", JSC «Ukrainian Railways” the regional branch of «Lviv railway", GP ’s international airport «Lviv". D. Galitsky, and many others. A seminar-workshop held with the aim of improving the system operational vzaimoponimanija about emergencies and hazardous events, improved organization of services to obtain and communicate information to appropriate officials, departments and services, as well as the organization of comprehensive cooperation at liquidation of consequences of emergency situations. The participants discussed problematic issues concerning the transfer of information with the most common hazardous events: road traffic accident, snow drifts, opening locked doors, fires in the ecosystems, mining and the like. It is also important that managers possessed theoretical knowledge on classification and determination of the level of emergency, and passed accurate information tangential to the event services. Workshop participants suggested various ways to improve communication and early warning system on emergency situations.
