In Zakarpattia region Vynohradiv bully who did the shooting in the bar,prosecutors require to take into custody
Vinogradovskiy Department Beregovsky local Prosecutor's office 27-year-old Transcarpathians, who has committed a p”a drunken brawl in one of the local bars, it is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 4 St. 296 criminal code of Ukraine (hooliganism committed with use of firearms or cold weapon). Established that the man, being drunk, came into conflict with an employee of the institution and fired the gun at the TV. The militiamen who have arrived on the scene, seized the bully, the device for shooting of rubber bullets which had no permits. Currently, informed first Deputy head of Berehovo local Prosecutor's office Vladimir Zhilkin, vynohradivskyi district court procedure, the Prosecutor filed the petition for election to the rowdy of a measure of restraint in form of detention. For the committed hooligan actions the man is threatened by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.
