local prosecutors of Uzhgorod initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of a taking budgetary funds allocated by the European Union on the development of construction documents and construction polder on the river Tisza, which led to state losses for the sum over 100 thousand hryvnias. The sanction of specified article prescribes punishment in the form restraint of liberty for a term of three to p'five years or deprivation of liberty for a term from three till eight years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
