In the region in January, the budget received UAH 43.2 million VAT
in January of this year, the payers of the Region sent to the budget 43,2 million UAH of a value added tax. About this informed the head of the Main Directorate of DFS in Ternopil region Ihor Komendat. The performance of the forecast income for VAT to the state budget is of 114.3%. Compared to the corresponding period last year revenue increased by 10 million. At the beginning of February in the Ternopil region 2410 registered payers of value added tax, of which 2085 of legal entities and 325 physical persons – entrepreneurs. It is worth mentioning that for the purpose of enforcement of the new tax rules, introduced from 1 January 2016 by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine 28.01.2016, No. 21 "On approving the forms and procedure of filling and submission of tax reporting on value added tax" (hereinafter – Decree No. 21) approved a new form of the Declaration on value added tax. This document is published in the official newspaper "governmental courier" 30 January 2016. Because of recent changes in taxation, effective from 1 January 2016, the full extent can only be shown in the tax Declaration for the value added tax, approved by Order No. 21, tax VAT reporting starting with the reporting period of January 2016, is served by all tax payers under the new form electronically.
