8 February at the press center of the Department of information activities and communications with public relations regional state administration held a presentation of the project "Intelligence Nàö³¿", initiated by the Vinnytsia centre for Civil building "Azov". The aim of the project is to increase financial and economic awareness of the population, especially members of the antiterrorist operation in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, their families, displaced persons from the occupied territories, as well as ordinary citizens who wish to participate in this project. The event was attended by the Chairman of Vinnytsia branch of the Civic Body "Azov" Alexander Yaremchuk, teachers of Vinnytsia co-operative Institute, Vice-rector on scientific pedagogical activity of Lyudmila Prick, Vice-rector for humanitarian education and social Affairs Elena Solod, head of the Department of accounting and audit Lyudmila Oleynik, representatives of print and electronic media. The project is supported by the Vinnytsia regional state administration, particularly the Department of information activities and communications with the public and is free for its participants. "Have already expressed their willingness to join the project teachers and students from other educational institutions, in particular Vinnitsa national medical University, as well as volunteer lawyers and other professionals to improve financial and economic culture," said Alexander Yaremchuk. During the implementation of the Vinnytsia center Civil Corps "Azov" together with the Vinnitsa cooperative Institute has initiated open courses that will be conducted by specialists in Economics, professionals, teachers, scientific and pedagogical employees of the Institute. Lectures will be held every Tuesday at 18:00 in "Books" (Khmelnytske shose 7, KAB. 112) and will cover topical issues of basic financial literacy, social support, cash management, changes in legislation on taxation, and the basics of creating your own business. "You can fight not only with weapons but also knowledge," said Lyudmila Prick. The project organizers hope that participants will gain knowledge that will help them quickly and efficiently learn the features of economic culture, which will be useful in everyday life.
