In the Rovno area employees of gschs were training to rescue people from a burning building hospitals
08 February, on site TB hospital in the village of ostrozhets ' Mlyniv district of rescuers of the 6th state fire and rescue fasting PG DSNs in Rivne region held special tactical exercises on extinguishing fires and conducting rescue operations in hospitals. In addition to employees of gschs and staff about’object part in the training took emergency crews of power engineers and industry workers, and ambulance personnel and police officers. According to the tactical plan of the exercise, as a result of violation of requirements of fire safety at operation of household devices in rentgenkabinet on the first floor of the hospital there was a fire. The products of combustion and high temperature threaten medical staff and patients. There is also a danger of fire spreading to other premises. The hospital staff informed the rescue Service "101" about the emergency. Fighters of gschs, quickly arrived on the scene, in the apparatus of respiratory protection held exploration and evacuated from the danger zone of 12 patients. One victim had to endure at the hands, because the man lost consciousness. Meanwhile, the gas company cut off the gas supply to the hospital, and power was de-energized the building. After that, the firefighters have filed for fire extinguishing water barrel. Thanks to harmonious actions of rescuers, emergency services and hospital staff conditional fire was liquidated quickly and prevented the fire from spreading outside of the fire. In General, to participate in the exercise attracted 23 people of responders and 5 units of equipment, including from gschs 6 personnel and 1 unit of equipment.
