II all-Ukrainian vocal Festival-contest "Golden bird" invites children and youth with disabilities
To create a platform for the realization of the song talents of children and youth with functional possibilities, promoting their self-affirmation and integration into society, as well as attracting public attention to problems of children and youth with special needs, may 26-27, 2016 in Vinnitsa will be held the festival-competition "the Golden bird". The organizers of the Festival-contest are public organization "Center of "Cultural strategy XXI", the trademark "RUTA" and cultural center "Gallery - XXI". This social project is supported by the Ministry of culture of Ukraine. The winners of the competition will represent Ukraine on the twentieth anniversary of the International song festival "Ciechocinek creative meetings" in July 2016, which organizes Fund initiatives for people with disabilities "PRO OMNIDUS" (Republic of Poland). Honorary guest of the festival will be Pope Francis.
