Khmelnytskyi: marked 51-th anniversary of the Foundation Courses of civil defense region
8 February workers of the Educational-methodical center of civil protection and life safety of Khmelnitsky region celebrated the 51st anniversary of the creation of the regional city of Khmelnitsky and the training of managerial personnel. Like 51 years ago, and now staff Courses prepare the command and commanding staff and provide appropriate training, provide methodological assistance during the preparation and conduct of exercises and training. For the qualitative organization of educational process there are all prerequisites, after all, teaching staff of the Centre – it professionals who have experience serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the system of civil protection, authorities and educational institutions of the region. The level of their training corresponds to modern requirements, they are inherent in teaching mobility. Thanks to their professional and determined work of Courses, in the Centre, by results of rating control of educational activity of educational-methodical institutions of Ukraine occupy the first places. That day the staff remembered veterans, drawing on the expertise and experience which employees multiply the best traditions and create a new story of both Courses and the Centre in General. Changes and many achievements. In fact, in recent years we have published more than 80 methodological manuals, pam’trays, flyers, recommendations to the population for actions in extreme situations. For training-set up training rooms, which have modern media and the stands reflecting the basic algorithms of actions of management of the sub’management during emergencies. To assist enterprises, institutions, organizations, the implementation of methodological support of conducting planned activities and consultations on matters of civil protection and life safety created and successfully operated consulting rooms. For 2015 through consulting and teaching rooms approximately 800 Courses provided consultations to more than 2000 people. In the office of information technology training students receive input and output control, have the ability to process the educational materials produced in electronic media, use a Bank of pedagogical information and teaching materials. The Center's staff does not stop there, because the Courses and the Centre has great potential for development, search and improvement of new forms and methods of work to improve public education in the field of civil protection and create a safe environment in the area.
