For illegal transportation of four illegal migrants through the state border of Ukraine Pakistani received two years in prison
For the principled position of the Prosecutor's office Zakarpattia region Perechyn district court a Pakistani citizen convicted of illegal transference of persons across the state border of Ukraine (part 2 article 332 of the criminal code) and sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment with confiscation of other instrumentalities of the crime. As the head of the Department of supervision of observance of laws by bodies of SBU, and State border service Oleksandr Vasilenko, installed, and the Prosecutor's office proved in court that last year a citizen of Pakistan, in collusion with other citizens of Pakistan and Ukraine, organized illegal transportation of four illegal migrants through the state border of Ukraine, however the group was detained on the border duty air force "novoselitsa" chop border detachment.
