on the Eve of the most romantic holiday of lovers – St. Valentine's Day, February 9th, in the Department of art, Vinnytsia regional scientific library named after. K. A. Timiryazev took place art hour "Talking flowers" for visitors of the Vinnytsia regional center for social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with functional limitations "Horizon". During leisure time, visitors of the "Horizon" became acquainted with the history of the holiday, the traditions of celebration in Ukraine, viewed themed videos, and participated in a master class on making gift cards and photo frames.
