For the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region police investigators completed a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on suspicion of the Deputy head of the regional subdivisions of the state enterprises in the sphere of transport in the Commission of corruption criminal offense under part 1 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (getting an official undue advantage). - It is established that the specified official, who also is the Deputy of one of local councils, received from the business owner illegal benefit in the sum of 1 thousand US dollars for assistance in the provision of rail cars to move cargo outside of Ukraine, - said the Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region Andrey Borovik. Prosecutors and the security Service of Ukraine exposed corruption official in September last year while receiving funds in their study. - Currently completed the procedure of acquaintance of the suspect and his defence counsel with materials of criminal proceedings. After the presentation of the prosecution to the suspect the indictment will be directed to court for consideration in essence, - the Prosecutor noted.
