Townman,at fault in the accident which killed 6-year-old boy will serve his sentence really
For the principled position of the Prosecutor's office, the court of appeal of the Transcarpathian region changed the sentence of Uzhgorod district court on September 7, 2015 and the perpetrator was sentenced in fatal crashes from the opposition player to real punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 5 years with deprivation of the right to operate vehicles for 3 years. Townman was charged and convicted that December 30, 2013 moving in the city at a speed exceeding 100 km/h. knocked down 6-year-old boy, causing the child died on the spot road accident. Last year, Uzhgorod city court found a local resident guilty of violating the rules of traffic safety which has entailed death of the victim (part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code) and sentenced him to 5 years imprisonment with deprivation of the right to operate vehicles for 3 years, setting up a 3-year probationary period. Therefore, the court of appeal of the Transcarpathian region after hearing witnesses and reviewing other evidence provided by the Prosecutor's office changed the decision of Uzhgorod district court sentenced the culprit of the fatal accident to a real deprivation of liberty, without a probationary period.
