Recall that from January 1, 2016 came into force the Law of Ukraine from December 24, 2015 No. 909-VIII "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing the budget revenue in 2016", which amended, in particular, Law of Ukraine of July 08, 2010, ¹ 2464 "On the collection and accounting of a single madeku for obligatory state social fearnia" (hereinafter — the Law ¹ 2464), namely: - increased the maximum value of accrual base of the single payment, which is equal to twenty-five the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established by law, which charged a single fee; - excluded from the payers of the single contribution of employees; - for the payers specified in article 4 of the Law ¹ 2464, the calculation of a single fee is 22% of the accrual base of the single payment defined in article 7 of the Law No. 2464; - excluded base to hold a single fee; - excluded from payers who are eligible for voluntary payment of the single contribution of physical persons - entrepreneurs, including those who have chosen the simplified taxation system and those who carry out independent professional activity; - during the special period as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On mobilization preparation and mobilization" for the payers of the single payment, as defined in article 4 of the Law ¹ 2464, called up for military service during mobilization or engaged to perform duties for the mobilization of posts provided by States in time of war, for the duration of their military service stops the application of the rules article 25 of the Law ¹2464 , the reason for such suspension is a copy of a military card or a copy of the document issued by the relevant state authority, indicating the data about the call individuals for military service on an appeal during mobilization, for a period served in the bodies of revenue and duties of this public authority within ten days after its mobilization.
