Vinnytsia oblast ranked first among Ukrainian regions by volume of gross output of agriculture
General statistics office in Vinnytsia region reported that the pace of gross output of agriculture Vinnytsia region (in constant 2010 prices) during January 2016 amounted to 104,2% (in last year of 114.3%). Among the regions of Ukraine Vinnytsia oblast has occupied 1-e a place on volume of gross output of agriculture, 2nd place – counting on 1 person and the 3rd place according to the rate of production of gross output. In January 2016 by all categories of farms of Vinnytsia region were sold for slaughter of livestock and poultry in live weight 36.9 thousand tons of milk produced all kinds of 52.9 thousand tonnes and obtained eggs from birds of all kinds 56.3 million pieces.
