Chernivtsi: Entered into force a new version of the law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities,natural persons – entrepreneurs and community groups,”
Department of state registration of legal entities and physical persons – entrepreneurs of Registration service of the Chernivtsi city Department of justice informs that as of 1 January 2016 entered into force a new version of the law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities, natural persons – entrepreneurs and community groups,”. The changes are aimed at reforming the system of providing administrative services in the sphere of state registration and providing of openness and transparency, efficiency and timeliness, rational, minimize the number of documents and procedural actions, optimization of public spending. According to the Law the state registration of subjects of business determined by the Executive bodies of village, settlement and city councils, Kyiv and Sevastopol city, district, district in cities Kyiv and Sevastopol state administration, notaries, and legal entities of public law under condition of their accreditation in the prescribed manner. From the date of entry into force of this Law notaries authorized state registrars in the sphere of state registration of legal entities and physical persons – entrepreneurs according to the Law “On state registration of legal entities and physical persons – entrepreneurs and community groups,”” and become competent recorders without any restrictions on business registration For the state registration in the sphere of business registration will receive 60% of the administrative fees.
