acting Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Ivan babiychuk February 15, held meetings of the commissions on allocation of budgetary resources to public organizations (associations ) of persons with disabilities and public organizations (associations ) veterans. As informed the Deputy Director of the Department of social protection Vladimir Rosolowski, to support the statutory activities of organizations of veterans in the first half of allocated 151 thousand hryvnias. These funds are distributed among veteran organizations that operate in the region. Funds in the amount of 70 thousand allocated to support the statutory activities of organizations of persons with disabilities. They are also distributed among organizations of persons with disabilities. Acting Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Ivan babiychuk noted that the volume of means of the regional budget allocated to public organizations of veterans and invalids, is determined based on priorities in the sphere of social protection of veterans and disabled; the first priority and social orientation programmes (measures) implemented by a public organization; the number of its members, availability of material and technical and methodical support of activity of public organization; the results of the analysis of efficiency of use of budgetary funds; detailed calculations and justifications for each direction of use of means of the regional budget filed by a public organization. "As you know, means of the regional budget directed public organization to hold meetings, conferences, trainings, courses, internships, training workshops, meetings at the "round table", specialized festivals, exhibitions, concerts, sporting events, evenings, competitions with participation of creative collectives of public organisations of veterans and invalids on the territory of Ukraine, ensuring the participation of representatives of NGOs and relevant governmental and international events; promoting the development of Amateur performances, physical culture among veterans and people with disabilities; payments under the contracts for the publication and purchase of books, directories, brochures, information leaflets, including Braille, specialized languages and dubbed as well as Newspapers and magazines on issues of social protection of veterans and disabled persons, the proceeds of which are used only for the purpose specified in this paragraph. The use of means of the regional budget in order is not allowed", - stated Ivan babiychuk.
