Lviv rescuers analyzed the state of activities in the past year
24 February a meeting of the Collegium of the Main Department DSNS Ukraine in Lviv region on summarizing the work over the past year and identify the key tasks for 2016. The meeting was held under the supervision of the chief of GU gschs of Lviv oblast Sergey Dmitrov involving his deputies, heads of departments of the office of the SE and the heads of territorial subdivisions. The Board heard a report on the work of the Lvov regional charity Foundation "Fire protection" in 2015. In the context of the analysis of activity of personnel of gschs in Lviv region, reviewed the status of work control documents and performance discipline, financial and logistics divisions, HR and compliance specialists of the state Service for emergency situations is their official mandatory’askam, compliance with the personnel of the subordinate units of discipline, the rule of law and anti-corruption legislation. According to the work plan the meeting considered the matter of responding fire and rescue units to emergency situations and to prevent and prevention of the occurrence of hazardous events. It analyses the state of civil protection districts, in particular: the establishment of local fire brigades, the technical inventory of protective structures of civil protection, implementation of engineering activities of civil protection in urban planning and project documentation and the state of the system warning to the population in Lviv region. The analysis of the status of fire safety on the territory of Lviv region indicates the problem of the prevention of fires in ecosystems. So, the percentage of this type of fire is more than 40% of their total number. The growth of fires is largely due to natural factors: hot, windy spring and summer, and dry autumn contributed to the growth in the number of fires in open territories. Also representatives of the fire prevention unit spoke about the growing fires on controlled objects"objects, the organization of inspections in the field of fire safety, organization of the technical work and the monitoring of fire protection systems, on the state of readiness of protective structures civil defence located in territory of region on the results of inspections, the creation and functioning of divisions of local fire protection and the state of the administrative practice of the Lviv region for 2015 and many other important issues. According to the results of the meeting it was decided to ensure the implementation of the Regional target social program of fire safety for the 2014 – 2016, to define the places of possible placement of the newly created divisions of local fire protection, to intensify efforts to conduct the operations settlements, which registered an increase in the number of fires and admitted the death or injury of people. In his address to colleagues, the head of Lviv rescuers Sergey Dmitrov noted the importance of training managers of young professionals. Only by example we can show and teach how to act in different situations. "Emphasize compliance with all requirements of anti-corruption legislation. Acts of corruption should in no way be manifested in your career” – warned the head.
