Chernivtsi: At the club meeting "sprout" reviewed perspective plan for 2016
In the session hall was held an organizational meeting of the club "Rostok" for parents raising children and youth with special needs. Club Scion was established in 2003 in Chernivtsi city center of social services for family, children and youth and brings together 98 families, raising 107 children and young persons with disabilities.
