The official Rivne regional state administration received illegal benefits for coordination of routes of passenger transport
Body of pre-judicial investigation in coordination with the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region reported about suspicion to the former chief of one of departments of the Rivne regional state administration in criminal corruption offences. - Law enforcement agencies documented the fact of receiving by an official authority from the Director of private enterprise coupons for petrol a-95 in the amount of 524 USD for the approval of agreements on the organization of passenger transportation bus routes and passports of these routes, - said the Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region Andrey Borovik. At present investigators of the investigation Department GU of the National police in Rivne region held pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit by the official which holds responsible position). - The issue of electing the measure of restraint. Now the official is dismissed , - the Prosecutor added. The sanction of specified article of the Criminal code of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment by term from 5 till 10 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years and with property confiscation.
