March 1, 2016 in the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration was held a qualifying examination agricultural advisors and agricultural experts-advisors that were trained in December 2015 in Vinnytsia national agrarian University. Attended by 15 participants who showed a sufficient level of knowledge, passed qualifying exam and received a corresponding qualification certificate to engage in deliberative activities. For reference. Agricultural consultant - a natural person who on a professional basis carries out Advisory work, passed qualifying exam and received a qualification certificate and entered in the Register of agricultural advisors and agricultural experts – advisors. Agricultural expert-Advisor - a natural person who carries out an Advisory activity on a permanent basis, have sufficient professional level and received a certificate of competency in accordance with legislative requirements and provides Advisory services on request, of Advisory services and advisors, and meets the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On agricultural Advisory activity". Expert advisors are employees of institutions of science and education, and other highly specialized professionals who are on the Register of advisors.
