the Bodies of the regional Prosecutor's office take measures to collect the debt to the Pension Fund of Ukraine on compensation of expenses on payment and delivery of pensions assigned on preferential terms. In particular, Lutsk local Prosecutor's office in February of this year, before the’revealed four statements of claim in interests of the state represented by management of the Pension Fund in the city of Lutsk to sub’management, registered on the territory of the regional center of Volhynia, on the recovery of this debt is over $ 377,5 thousand hryvnias. Volyn district administrative court has satisfied the claim about collecting from OOO "LUM" payable expenditure for payment and delivery of privileged pensions, in the amount of almost UAH 30 thousand.
