In the Rivne region rescuers taught the cultural personnel the basics of civil protection and fire safety
for the purpose of preventing cases of fires in cultural institutions, employees of the district Volodymyrets sector PG DSNs Ukraine in Rivne region, on 2 March, conducted a training lecture on the basics of civil protection and fire safety for Directors of houses of culture and heads of the clubs in the area. Rescuers told about the statistics of fires in the area and in the whole country, their effects and causes and stressed that most of them happens due to non-compliance of fire safety rules. To prevent fires in institutions with mass stay of people, preservation of wealth, officials of cultural institutions rose’explained fire safety requirements for public schools and noted for their strict observance of, and compliance with the requirements of paragraphs requirements of bodies of state supervision in the field of fire and technogenic safety and civil protection. And it's not just the provision of premises fire extinguishers, instructions, and systematic testing and repair of heating appliances, electrical equipment, lightning protection, maintenance free evacuation routes, etc. Separate topic rescuers described the algorithm of actions of personnel in case of fire, demonstrated the procedure for the use of primary fire extinguishing means and provided answers to questions in the field of civil protection and fire safety that are of interest to the workers of culture.
