Stepan Barna met with the commander of the national guard of Ukraine
Commander of machardie of Ukraine (NSU), Lieutenant-General Yuri Alleru March 4, visited the Region during the inspection of military units of the Western GRT. The Governor Stepan Barna held a working meeting with the commander of NSU, during which was also attended by Advisor to the head of the National police of Ukraine – T. V. on the head of the main Directorate of the police in the Ternopil region police Colonel Alexander Mantis, the Prosecutor of Ternopil region, senior counselor of justice Alexander Martynyuk and other officials. As the Chairman of the Ternopol regional state administration fully support the presidential decree regarding Sheva assistance military formation. We have been working with the National guard unit, which is located in our town. Very well know their needs and try to help in everything. I want to thank the officers of the battalion for assistance in maintaining public order in our city, - said Stepan Barna. During the meeting, Lieutenant-General Yuri Alleru raised the issue of providing housing to servicemen of the National guard. By the end of the conversation the commander thanked all those present for their constructive dialogue and mutual understanding, the press service of the NSU. - I am very pleased that you understand and help our servicemen. We hope that such cooperation will continue to proceed in this direction", - said Lieutenant-General Yuri Alleron. At the end of the conversation the commander of the National guard and the Chairman of the Ternopol regional state administration of Ternopil visited the battalion, where he inspected a military town. For cooperation and sponsorship assistance Ternopil battalion NSU Lieutenant General Yuri Alleru handed Stepan Bar award of the National guard of Ukraine "For cooperation".
