In the Transcarpathian region Khust local Prosecutor's office requires a court to terminate the lease of municipal property worth over one million hryvnias
Hust the local Prosecutor's office appealed with the claim to Economic court of the Transcarpathian region in the interests of the state, in the person of Khust district Council to one of the private entrepreneurs, on termination of the lease contract of municipal property, return the property and recover rent arrears. As explained by the Deputy head of Khust local Prosecutor Peter Babinec, established that the improper fulfillment by the lessee of its Zobov’'yazan, have any arrears in rent for the use of municipal property, which as of February 2016 amounts to almost 50 thousand UAH. Therefore, the Prosecutor's office in the court requires to terminate the lease of municipal property with an area of 171 sqm and cost of over 1 million. and to recover arrears of rent.
