Daily work of these brave and resolute people requires high professionalism, endurance, and willingness to risk their lives in extreme situations. With the aim of enhancing the readiness of rescuers to take action on the appointment and upgrading of skills of personnel to rescue people during emergencies and fires, 09 March at the sports complex of the Main Department DSNs in Rivne region held regular training sessions among employees of the 1st state fire and rescue unit of the city of Rivne. Firefighters worked virtually ways and methods of rescue from height using rope rescue, rescue and evacuation of victims from unsuitable for breathing environment, and has passed the standards for fire-drill "Rise on the assault ladder hanging out the window of the 4th floor of the training tower". Next, the participants worked in the link rescue service during the suppression of a conditional fire in the heavily smoke filled environment with the identification and evacuation to fresh air affected. During the exercise the rescuers demonstrated adequate physical preparation and skill in the performance standards.
