In Zhytomyr region the specialists of the dairy industry can get training in the U.S.

the Council of heads of state administrations in cooperation with the U.S. Commercial Service of the Embassy of the United States of America in Ukraine and AVT Program, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce, informs about the opening of the new program business internship for specialists from Ukraine in the direction of "Processing and packaging of dairy products". Term of internship: from 21 may to 11 June 2016. Attention! The questionnaire for the competition for participation in the internship Program will be accepted until end of day March 11, 2016. The program is designed for professionals of the dairy industry. The program will take part companies from Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. Requirements to candidates: * 3 years experience in a managerial position; * Management position in his company; * English proficiency is not required. Consideration and selection of candidates for participation in the Program will conduct the U.S. Department of Commerce the Final decision on membership is taken by the Program of SABIT in Washington. The internship is funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce: SABIT Program participants covers the costs associated with the flight from Kiev to USA and back; accommodation, training program, interpreters in working hours; medical insurance in case of unforeseen need and $ 400 for the entire period of the internship. Goal: to provide participants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the industry, "Processing and packaging of dairy products", its regulation, to establish contacts for further business cooperation, to learn about innovative technologies, equipment and services, as well as to gain knowledge about the market business model. Sample internship programme: Group three-week internships will begin week of theoretical training, which may include seminars from regulations, legislation, standards, certification, business plan development, cross-cultural communications and negotiations, and business management and associations. This will be followed by visits to companies that operate in various fields of dairy industry, and meetings with industry associations.
